The Worcester Regional Food Hub Kitchen provides a variety of services for start-up and existing food entrepreneurs, including hourly kitchen rentals, technical assistance, workshops, and support.
Housed at the Greendale People’s Church at 25 Francis Street in Worcester, Massachusetts, the Kitchen can be rented by the hour at an affordable rate. Food Hub staff will meet with every prospective member to understand their goals and help them gather the resources they need to succeed.
In addition to the kitchen facilities, the Food Hub provides tailored services supporting both business and culinary development. We offer training, workshops, and referrals to business development experts, marketing resources, and financial sources.

The Food Hub is a collaborative environment for producing new products and growing a business. When members join, they become part of a growing community of food entrepreneurs. In addition to meeting other Food Hub members, they will be part of the broader Worcester area food community. Members also have the ability to source local ingredients from the Food Hub’s farmers.
The Food Hub kitchen has yielded products ranging from local jellies and pickles to granola, baked confections, chocolate bars, hot sauce, pickles, beverages, and culturally specific foods.
The Food Hub maintains several food safety testing supplies and equipment including Hygiena GlutenTox Pro gluten tests, Hygiena SystemSure Plus ATP monitor to check for potential surface allergens, Apera SX811-DP pH meter, and AQUALAB TDL2 water activity meter. These products ensures the safety of your product and verify any claims you make regarding your product’s safety.

“What you do for us small producers at the hub is amazing. I know you sacrifice family time, and everything else to promote all of us, but it doesn’t go without notice. Thanks for all you do for Nutty Bird and everyone else at the hub. You can’t put a price on that, and I really appreciate it.”
